Can we get SkinLab products outside of Singapore?

How much is local Delivery?

• SGD$4 per location for deliveries in Singapore. Delivery fee is waived for orders above SGD$200. We also offer self-collection, which is free of charge, at any of our locations across the island.

Do you do self-collection?

• Yes! Self-collection is free of charge and you can pick-up your order at any of our locations during operating hours.

How long will my order take to arrive?

• Orders will be shipped within 2 working days. It will then take about 4 working days to deliver.

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

• All products purchased are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

How do I check my order status?

• We currently do not offer a tracking number. If you do not receive your parcel within the estimated time of delivery, please email to logistic@skinlabmedspa.com

I need to change my delivery address. How do I do it?

• Easy! You can make changes to your shipping address within the hour after making your purchase. Simply drop us an email at logistic@skinlabmedspa.com with your order number and new shipping address.

I want my order ASAP. Do you have next-day delivery?

Can I choose the currency I pay in?

• For now, all orders are made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) only.
